Vijaya Laghubitta revises divided for FY 75/76; to endorse 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the revised dividend of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS).

As per the notice, the 106^th BOD meeting had decided to distributed 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend (including tax) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. However, the 108^th BOD meeting decided to distribute 15% bonus shares worth Rs.2.92 Crore and 5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.97.40 Lakhs.

This decision is subject to approval from NRB, after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of te company.
