Guheswori Finance Joins NEPALPAY to Boost Domestic Card Transactions

Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Ltd. has partnered with Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) to join the National Card Switch and Domestic Card Scheme (NEPALPAY Card) as a principal member.

This agreement allows Guheswori to issue and acquire NEPALPAY Cards, supporting local card transactions and promoting digital payment independence. The NPS-NCS infrastructure aims to ensure domestic transaction routing, reduce reliance on international card schemes, and enhance Nepal’s digital payment ecosystem.
