Vijaya Laghubitta proposes 20% dividend from the profit till 2076/77; 10% cash and 10% bonus shares

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (VLBS) proposes 20% dividend for its shareholders from the accumulated profit till FY 2075/76.
The 106th Board Meeting held on Kartik 23, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 19.48 crore
Bonus share: 10% worth Rs 1.94 crore
Cash dividend: 10% worth Rs 1.94 crore including tax amount
Total Dividend: 20% worth Rs 3.89 crore
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 21.42 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
