Vijaya Laghubitta appoints Kapil Neupane as new chairman; Also appoints 3 directors

Vijay Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has appointed Mr. Kapil Neupane as a new Chairman of the company. Also, the bank has appointed new Board of Directors (BOD) from promoter shareholders group As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Mangsir 16, 2074 has appointed Neupane as a new Chairman of the company and the same meeting has also appointed three new directors representing promoter shareholders group for next four years Mr. Khemraj Sapkota, Mr, Shaligram Sharma and Mr. Swambhu Shakya (from Goodwill Finance Ltd.) have been appointed as Directors of the company from promoter shareholders group
