Valley Group ventures into restaurant business

KATHMANDU, July 13:
Valley Group has ventured into eatery business by opening Valley Xpress Restaurant at Nayabazar of Kathmandu.
Baburaja Rawal, director of Valley Group, inaugurated the restaurant amid a function on Monday. "The opening of Valley Xpress Restaurant is part of our aim of establishing Valley Group as the leading business conglomerate in poultry industry that caters to people through every means," Rawal said.
The restaurant, which can seat 48 people at a time, serves different varieties of chicken like grilled chicken, gravy, burger, sausage, nuggets, boneless chicken, fried chicken, rolls, chicken wings, MoMo and chicken popcorn, among others.
"Valley Xpress is our long-cherished dream of serving quality food to urban people at competitive price. We had opened Valley Xpress's first outlet in Chitwan last year," Rawal said, adding, "We opened outlet of Valley Xpress in Kathmandu, respecting the demand of our valued customers."
Rawal also said quality food and services will be their top priority. Stating that they have tried to make menu competitive, Rawal said they will open three outlets within couple of year if they get positive feedbacks from customers.
"We have incorporated all international standards in slaughtering and processing of chickens to maintain quality of products and services. Our chefs and workers are trained and experienced," added Rawal.
Valley Xpress plans to include mutton and other meat in its menu very soon.
Valley Group, which was established in 1984, operates different firms like Valley Cold Store, Valley Feed Industry, Valley Poultry and Valley Pellet Feed.
