Uttam Bhlon appointed chairman of NMB Microfinance
Uttam Bhlon has been elected as the new chairman of the BOD of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF). Mr. Bhlon took the oath of designation and privacy with Director at Banking and Financial Institutions Supervision Department, Mr. Srinarayan Prasad Paudel, on Sunday.
Mr. Bhlon was re-elected in the position of chairman for the second tenure from the 5th AGM of the company held at Pokhara on Mangsir 15, 2074.
NMB Microfinance is a national-level Microfinance company under the subsidiary of NMB Bank with its 75 branches and sub-branches throughout the nation. As per the press release published, the microfinance institution has been providing microfinancing services to some 61,870 women around Nepal.
