Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Allots 8.88 Crores Units Right Shares to Shareholders, Company Refunding Non-Allottees From Poush 3

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UPPER) allotted 8,88,80,470 units of right share to its shareholders on 28th Mangsir, 2080. The company has refunded the non-allotted investors from 3rd Poush, 2080.
The hydropower company opened its 100% right shares offering from 18th Bhadra to 22nd Ashwin, 2080. The hydropower company issued 100% right shares worth Rs. 10.59 Arba by issuing 10,59,00,000 units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
According to the notice published today, out of the total right shares issued only 8,88,80,470 units were allotted to eligible shareholders. The remaining 1,70,19,530 units of right shares will be later sold via auction.
Sunrise Capital Limited was appointed as the issue manager.
