Warranty on the Appliances and Durability
One year warranty on TV and one more year warranty is given on panels only. 10 years warranty is provided on DIT Compressor (refrigerator) and AC. Also, 10 years warranty is provided on DIT Compressor (refrigerator) and AC. Similarly, 10 years warranty given on DIT Motor (washing machine). Based on internal testing using the ISO 15502 standard the appliances are awarded a 21 year durability certification by the Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies in Germany (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker – VDE). Samsung also provides free installation on selected items on purchases made during the offer period.
