Update: Trading of NIFRA Now Resumed; NEPSE Index 19.88 Points Higher than Yesterday's Closing.

Trading of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is now resumed.

NEPSE had suspended the trading of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA). There was an error in the trading of NIFRA this morning. The company had lost 100% and had an LTP of Rs. 0 in the TMS. Clearly, this is erroneous and misleading. This had also affected the overall NEPSE index.

The trading of the scrip is now resumed. NIFRA is now at a loss of 8.59%. With this, the NEPSE index is also adjusted. While writing this, the index is at 2,606.39 after gaining 19.88 points from yesterday's closing.
