Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta (USLB) and Janauthhan Samudayic Laghubitta (JSLB) Distributing Bonus Shares

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) is distributing its 17.81038% bonus share directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders.

This is the 17.8103% bonus shares distributed for the fiscal year 2076/77, totalling 2,66,330.56 units. The bonus shares have already been listed in NEPSE.

The company has also urged its shareholders to pay the tax amount for bonus share distribution purposes. As of writing, USLB has an LTP of Rs. 2,404.00.

Similarly, Janauthhan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLB) has distributed a 49.40% bonus share directly to DEMAT accounts. The process has started on 17th Kartik, 2078.

The 164th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 19 proposed a 52% dividend from the paid-up capital maintained as of Ashad's end, 2077. The paid-up capital as of Ashad's end, 2077 was Rs. 7.92 crores. Since 49.4% bonus shares and 2.6% cash dividends were distributed, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 3,91,24,800 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 20,59,200.

These bonus shares make up 3,91,248 unit shares. These shares have already been listed in NEPSE. As of writing, JSLB has an LTP of Rs. 3,450.
