Unnati Microfinance conducts 102nd Board Meeting; Book closure date and 25% Right share issue decided

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited’s 3^rd AGM will be held on Chaitra 21, 2074. The 102^nd board meeting held on Falgun 29 has decided to close its shareholders register book on Chaitra 7, 2074. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the shareholders holding the shares of the microfinance company till Chaitra 6, 2074 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company. Similarly, the board meeting has also proposed right shares to the shareholders in the ratio 4:1. The board meeting has proposed to issue 25% right share. The current paid up capital of the company is Rs 5.50 crore and the worth of proposed right share is Rs 1.3750 crore. After the issue of the proposed right share the capital of the company would stand at Rs 6.875 crore. The issue will be proposed for decision from the shareholders in the upcoming AGM.
