Universal Power Company Limited will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Magh 11, 2074. The SGM is going to be held at Amritbhog Party Palace, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 3:00 PM.
The main agendas of the SGM are to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares to the general public, amendment of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
