Universal Power Company AGM on Jestha 2; issuing preference shares at 7.5% p.a

Universal Power Company Limited will be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 2, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Nepal Administrative Training Academy, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 03:00 PM. The agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to approve meeting allowance. At present, the company is developing Lower Khare Hydropower project .The Company is issuing preference shares to the public for the construction of hydropower project with 7.5% interest rate per annum.
