Universal Power Company 1st AGM today; issuing preference shares at 7.5% p.a

Universal Power Company Limited is conducting its 1st Annual General Meeting today. The AGM is being held at Nepal Administrative Training Academy, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 03:00 PM. The agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to approve meeting allowance. At present, the company is developing Lower Khare hydropower project. The Company is issuing preference shares to the public for the construction of hydropower project with 7.5% interest rate per annum.
