United Insurance Company (UIC) Calls 28th AGM With These Agendas, No Dividend Agenda

United Insurance Company Nepal Limited (UIC) has called its 28th AGM on Jestha 23, 2079. The meeting will be held in Anmol Banquet, Sankhamul, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports for the fiscal year 2077/78 presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of 2 board members from public shareholders and 4 from promoters.
5) Misc.

The company has not given any dividend to its shareholders since FY 2072/73.
