United Insurance Company convenes its 28th AGM; elects 4 new directors from its promoter shareholder group

United Insurance Company Limited (UIC) has convened its 28^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Jestha 23, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the election of four new directors from the promoter shareholder group, as per the media statement.

The company had earned Rs 1.10 Arba in insurance premium during the previous fiscal year, earned Rs 10.52 crore in net profit, and demonstrated exciting growth in different major indicators during the review period, as per the media statement.
