United Ajod Insurance Limited Unveils Book Closure Date for 10% Rights Offering

United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has unveiled the book closure date for its 10% right shares on 17th Falgun, 2082. Thus, shareholders who held their shares before Falgun 16 are eligible for the rights offering.

The company will be issuing 10% right shares worth Rs. 23.10 crores through the issue of 23.1 lakh (1: 0.10) units of right shares to its existing shareholders.

The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 2.10 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 23.1 lakh units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 2.33 arba.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.

As of writing, UAIL closed at Rs. 456.60.
