Union Life Insurance convenes its 4th AGM; elects 6 directors from promoter and public shareholder group apart from regular fiscal reports

Union Life Insurance has convened its 4^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sulav Agrawal on Baisakh 23, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the election of Mr. Sulav Agrawal, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agrawal, Mr. Jiban Kumar Agrawal and Ms. Seema Golchha as directors of the company from the promoter group and Mr. Sitaram Agrawal and Mr. Sachin Acharya from the public shareholder group while the board meeting has unanimously appointed Mr. Sulav Agrawal as the chairman of the company, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also authorized the board to appoint the eligible firm to carry out the necessary audit of the company for the possible merger/acquisition process and also authorized the board to initiate the M/A process with suitable institutions so as to meet the Beema Samiti’s policy of Rs 5 arba paid-up capital for the life insurance companies, as per the media statement.
