Umesh Shrestha elected as Chairman of Prime Bank

Umesh Shrestha has been selected as the chairman of Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL). The meeting of bank’s board of directors (BoD) held on Wednesday nominated Shrestha as the Chairman.

Earlier, the 7th annual general assembly of the bank had elected Rajendra Das Shrestha, Narendra Bajracharya, Umesh Shrestha and Shyam Bahadur Shrestha as members in the BoD from amongst promoters.

Likewise, Uttam Narayan Shrestha and Uday Mohan Shrestha were unanimously selected board of directors from public shareholders.

Earlier,  7th annual general meeting (AGM) of Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has approved the proposal to distribute 19 percent bonus shares and 1 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose to its shareholders.
