Udaya Mohan Shrestha elected as chairman of Prime Commercial Bank
Udaya Mohan Shrestha has been elected as the chairman of Prime Commercial Bank Limited. The commercial bank’s 9th Annual General Meeting held on Magh 12, 2073 has elected Mr Shrestha as the new chairman.
Mr. Shrestha has been serving as a Board member of the bank for the past 9 years. Former Chairman, Mr Udaya Shrestha has submitted resignation letter which was also approved by the bank’s Board of Director (BOD).
