Trading suspended for the day after NEPSE index surges by 5%; index up by 79.47 points in a day

Trading for today has been suspended in NEPSE today after the index has increased by 5.01% to close at 1667.11. The index has altogether increased by a massive 79.47 points today only. The total turnover of the day stands at Rs 94.37 crore.
Earlier today, trading was halted for 30 minutes after NEPSE index gained 4% in the second trading hour.
