Trading range for first transaction of Clean Village Microfinance has been set for Rs 108-325

The trading range for the first transaction of Clean Village Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been set from Rs 108-Rs 325 and CVMF is its stock symbol. The company had floated 1,20,000 units ordinary share to general public from Ashad 3 to Ashad 7.Given the high number of applicants, the allotment was made through a lottery system and all the allottee were eligible for a minimum of 10 shares. Clean Village Microfinance  Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CVMBS) is incorporated as a limited company under company Act 2063 and licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as “D” class financial institution having 15 mountainous and hilly district  to operate under Bank and financial institution Act 2003.
