Trading flow surges in secondary market; Turnover amounts Rs 389.18 million

NEPSE gained 7.62 points or 0.82 percent after 4 consecutive falls to close at 938 level.

Sensitive and Float also gained meager 1.22 and 0.45 points to settle at 200.22 and 66.79 levels respectively.

The total turnover today amounted remarkable Rs 389.18 million where more than 1 million shares were traded.

The mutual understanding among the major political parties showed the positive effect among the investors and on the capital market of the country.

Maximum shares of NLIC, CHCL, NIBPO and NCCB were traded today where the share price of EIC, LICN, NLICL, NICL and METRO surged more than 5 percent.

Each sub-index landed in green today. Insurance gained maximum today in triple digit of 130.04 points or 3.33 percent.

Banking, Development and Finance surged meager 3.91, 0.2 and 0.16 point respectively.

HydroPower gained 5.16 points or 0.25 percent to close at 2106.72 level.
