The market has been opened today, but the trading has not been started yet. All the brokers are at Nepal Stock Exchange. The new commission rates have  not been uploaded in the broker back up system and Nepse had asked the brokers to implement the new commission rates from today. Sita Ram Thapaliya, General Manager of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited said, “ The trading in market has not been started as all the brokers are here and we are discussing on the issue of changes that needs to be updated in the broker back up system” Prameshwor Bhakta Malla, Broker Number 11 said, “Brokers cannot implement the new broker commission from today as new broker commission rates have not been included in the broker backup system that is why the trading has not been started.” Nitesh Kumar Agrawal, Boker Number 17 said, “ As the new broker commission is in the process of being coded in broker backup system, the trading will remain in halt it for today and it will start from tomorrow with implementation of new broker commission.” CDS and Clearing Limited had issued a press release stating that the new broker commission will be  implemented from today.  After recovering approval from Ministry of finance, SEBON had asked Nepal Stock Exchange Limited to implement the new broker commission.
