Today's Price of Fruits and Vegetables: Asparagus at Rs. 200 per kg

The Kalimati Fruit and Vegetable Market Development Board has released today's price list, featuring a range of prices for fruits and vegetables. Among them, asparagus stands at Rs. 200 per kilogram.
In terms of tomatoes, Nepalese tomatoes (large) are priced at a minimum of Rs. 90 per kilogram. Indian onions (dry) are available at Rs. 54 per kilogram. Ghee beans (local) can be purchased for Rs. 110 per kilogram.
Other notable prices include cauliflower at Rs. 60 per kilogram, red potatoes at Rs. 45 per kilogram, and Indian red potatoes at Rs. 36 per kilogram. Tunnel tomatoes (small) are priced at Rs. 35 per kilogram, while gourds are available for Rs. 80 per kilogram.
Moving on to the diverse selection, Dalle Chyau is priced at Rs. 350 per kilogram, while local cabbage can be bought for Rs. 10 per kilogram. Broccoli is priced at Rs. 90 per kilogram, and lemons can be purchased for Rs. 140 per kilogram. Ladyfingers, niuro, and red cabbage are all priced at Rs. 90, Rs. 90, and Rs. 60 per kilogram, respectively. Local cucumbers are available at Rs. 80 per kilogram, and gundruk can be purchased for Rs. 250 per kilogram. Ginger stands at Rs. 280 per kilogram.
The Board's price list also includes fruits such as bananas, pomegranates, avocados, pears, and kiwi fruit. A dozen bananas can be bought for Rs. 150, while pomegranates are priced at Rs. 400. Avocados are available for Rs. 500, and pears can be purchased for Rs. 80 each. Kiwi fruit is priced at Rs. 800 per kilogram.
In addition to fruits and vegetables, the price list covers other items. Green chillies (Akbare) can be bought for Rs. 250 per kilogram, while Rohu fish is priced at Rs. 315 per kilogram. Chadi fish is available for Rs. 240 per kilogram, and fresh fish (mungari) stands at Rs. 320 per kilogram.
Further prices include Maldah mangoes at Rs. 90 per kilogram, green coriander at Rs. 90 per kilogram, local litchis at Rs. 140 per kilogram, dried chillies at Rs. 450 per kilogram, garlic at Rs. 190 per kilogram, Chinese garlic at Rs. 240 per kilogram, jackfruit at Rs. 40 per kilogram, and capsicum at Rs. 60 per kilogram.
