Three companies’ 8,51,094 units bonus & right shares listed; Alpine Dev Bank converts 1,88,860 units Promoter Share into Ordinary Share; new ratio 51:49

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 8,51,094 units of bonus share and right share of three different companies on Magh 7 for trading. Alpine Development Bank has converted its 1,88,860 units of promoter shares into ordinary share converting its promoter/public ratio to 51:49. Now the investors holding bonus share and right share of these three companies can sell their shares. The shares of following companies have been listed in NEPSE for trading: Listing of Bonus Shares of Kakre Bihar Bikas Bank Ltd. 34,500 units Bonus Shares of Kakrebihar Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed   Listing of Right Shares of Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. 14,994 units Rights Shares of Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed.   Listing of Right Shares of Progressive Finance Ltd. 8,01,600 units’ right shares of Progressive Finance Ltd. have been listed.   Conversion of share of Alpine Development Bank Limited 1,88,860 units promoter shares of Alpine Developement Bank Ltd. has been converted to ordinary share leaving promoter/public share ratio 51:49.
