Taragaon Regency Hotel to hold AGM on April 11

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited has decided to hold its Annual General Meeting on April 11.
The 17th AGM of the company that operates Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kathmandu will be held at the Staff College, Jawalakhel, according to a notice issued by the company today.
The AGM will due to reappoint Sundar and Company as its auditor for the current fiscal year besides endorsing the financial report of the last fiscal year 2069/70.
Taragaon Regency Hotels had posted a net profit of Rs 5.22 crore in the last fiscal.
