Taragaon Regency Hotel proposes 15% dividend for FY 2079/80; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board of directors meeting has decided to distribute 11% cash dividend and 4% bonus shares with a total of 15% dividend (Including tax) from the paid-up capital. Since the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 1,88,66,54,000.
Note that this dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. TRH closed at Rs. 765.10 yesterday.
