Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) Proposes 10% Cash Dividend for FY 2076/77

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 23 has decided to distribute 10% of the paid-up capital as cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,88,66,54,000, the cash dividend is worth Rs. 18,86,65,400.

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 295. The Hotel Industry is still struggling to come out of the pandemic. Taragaon Hotel Limited has published the Q1 report of FY 2077/78 along with the Q4 of FY 2076/2077 report with a huge fall in revenue.
