Taragaon Regency Hotel extends auction of 7 lakhs unit share till Jestha 17; min bid amount Rs 200

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has extended date of auction of 7 lakh units shares till Jestha 17, 2073. Now, the investors have 8 more days to bid for the auction share. The bids will be opened to conclude the auction on the same day (Jestha 17, 2073) at 3:30 PM. Nepal Bank has been inviting sealed bids for 7 lakh units of ordinary shares of Taragoan Regency Hotel Limited from Baishak 20, 2073. The minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 200, and that the interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the scrip or above but the number of scrip applied should be divisible by 10. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Hanumansthan Bhawan, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The total bid amount must be deposited to the Account Number 00115208745 of Siddartha Bank Limited and Good for Payement Cheque/ Manager’s Cheue or the original copy of the draft must be attached to the closed bid application and submitted to Siddhartha Capital Limited by Jestha 9, 2073 till 3 PM.
