SY Panel Nepal appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float its ordinary shares in IPO; to float 40% of its stake to general public

SY Panel Nepal has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its ordinary shares to the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Choi Dongil, MD of the company, and MD of the merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

The panel manufacturer is currently manufacturing and selling construction-related products from its Chitwan-based factory and has 75 dealers across the nation and has a capacity of producing 5000 sq m of steel product per day, as per the media statement.
