Swarojgar Laghubitta allots its 100% right shares; Remaining 10,957.60 unit to be sold via auction

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has allotted its 100% right shares to the valid applicants.
The microfinance company had floated 12,24,977.60 unit shares to its shareholders from Shrawan 13 till Bhadra 17.
12,14,020 unit shares have been allotted to 3,327 valid applicants.
Remaining 10,957.60 unit shares will be sold via auction in the future.
After the adjustment of 100% right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 24.48 crore. The company has also recently proposed 20% bonus shares for its shareholders for the FY 2074/75.
