Swadeshi Laghubitta trading starts in NEPSE from today; Trading range from Rs 106-320

Trading of Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been started in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) from today (Shrawan 11, 2074). As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the open range is set within range of Rs 106 – Rs 320 for the first transaction. The symbol has been set as SDESI. Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has listed 10,00,000 units ordinary shares in Nepal Stock Exchange on Shrawan 2, 2074 . Itahari-based Swadeshi Laghubitta had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 3,00,000 unit shares worth Rs 3 crore on  Chaitra 25, 2073. Allotment for investors who had applied up to 1,120 units were decided through lottery while others were allotted 0.835% on pro-rata basis.
