Swadeshi Laghubitta announces 10% cash dividend worth Rs 2.30 crore just day after book closure of 100% Right Share issue

Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDESI) has announced 10% cash dividend for its shareholders.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced 10% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.

The microfinance company has announced cash dividend worth Rs 2.30 crore along with Rs 12.10 lakh as cash for tax purpose.

The company has recently closed its book for issuing 100% right shares for its shareholders. The cash dividend will be paid on the adjusted capital after right shares i.e. Rs 23 crore.
