Swabalamban Laghubitta (SWBBL) Proposes 25% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed a 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 374th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 21 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 94.3 crores. 19% bonus shares worth Rs 17.91 crores and 6% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 5.65 crore have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, SWBBL has an LTP of Rs. 1,772.
