Swabalamban Laghubitta proposes 36.84% dividend; 25% bonus shares & 11.84% cash dividend to be distributed after AGM

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed 36.8421% dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced 11.8421% cash dividend worth Rs 5.95 crore including the tax and 25% bonus shares worth Rs 12.57 crore for its shareholders from the profit of the FY 2074/75.
The decision of the company is subject to approval from the Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
After the adjustment of 25% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 62.88 crore.
