Supreme Court Rejects Plea to Suspend Rabi Lamichhane from Parliament
The Supreme Court has turned down a writ petition that sought the suspension of RSP President Rabi Lamichhane from his position as a Member of Parliament.
The court administration declined to register the petition filed by advocate Ayush Badal and others, who contended that Lamichhane should face automatic suspension due to an ongoing money laundering case, according to Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala.
