Support Microfinance SGM today; amending the number of BOD required

Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited is conducting Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Poush 28, 2074). The SGM is being held at Head Office at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the SGM are:
  • To reduce the number of shares required to be Board of Directors (BOD).
  • To amend the number of BOD.
  • To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
Support Microfinance had issued IPO shares of Rs 1.80 crore to the general public which has not been listed in NEPSE for trading yet. It had posted net loss of Rs 21.36 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Announcement:
