Sunrise Capital to refund money to non-allottees of Sunrise Bank auctioned shares from today; direct transfer only in Sunrise Bank

Sunrise Capital, the issue manager for the auction of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) is refunding to non-allottees of the 7.10 lakh unit auctioned shares from today (Ashwin 31, 2074). As pet the notice published in newspaper today, only 9 out of 182 applicants were allotted whereas only 481 applicants are allotted with the shares. The cut off price for the promoter and ordinary shares stood at Rs 181 and Rs 282 respectively. But those who have bid at cut off price are allotted in pro-rata basis, i.e. they are not allotted with the number of shares they applied for. The capital has urged all the applicants to visit capital to get cheque refund. Only those applicants who have maintained their account in Sunrise Bank Limited will get in respective bank account directly. Applicants from registration number 1 to 5000 will be refunded from today whereas applicants from registration number 5001 and above will be refunded from Kartik 1, 2074.
