Sunrise Capital to refund money to non-allottees of Mahuli Samudayik IPO from Jestha 25; direct transfer to 7 BFIs

Sunrise Capital Limited, the issue manager for the IPO of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, will be refunding excess money collected from IPO to its investors from Jestha 25,2074. As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, it stated that the applicants who have mentioned the bank accounts of Sunrise Bank, Yeti Development Bank, NMB Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, Global IME Bank, Laxmi Bank and Kumari Bank will have their excess money transferred to their respective accounts directly. Other applicants should visit their respective collection centers to get a refund warrant. Those who cannot collect their refund warrants themselves should provide a letter of authorization and copy of citizenship certificate of the bearer. Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had concluded allotment of 1.2 lakh units IPO shares on Jestha 20, 2074. Allotment for investors who had applied in the IPO has made through lottery. Out of the total 80,586 applicants, only 10,920 applicants got shares. Those who were allotted the shares through lottery got 10 units shares each.
