Sun Nepal Life Insurance has convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Anuj Keyal on Baisakh 9, 2079.
Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the election of Mr. Anuj Keyal, Mr. Shasank Agrawal, Mr. Kiran K.C., and Mr. Narayan Rungta as directors of the company from the promoter group, as per the media statement.
