Sun Nepal Life Insurance Calls 4th AGM With These Agendas

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has called its 4th AGM on 9th Baisakh, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hyatt Place Kathmandu, Tahachal, starting at 4 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of 4 board members from the promoters.
5) Misc.
The 3rd AGM of the company had endorsed the board’s proposal to float an IPO of the company at a premium price. The AGM notice of the 4th AGM has not mentioned it.
