Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2075-76 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoranjan Raman Sharma on Falgun 3, 2077 endorsing the decision to float 60 lakh unit shares in IPO to the general public.
The AGM has unanimously elected Mr. Manoranjan Raman Sharma, Mr. Umesh Lal Shrestha, Mr. Suresh Sapkota, Ms. Samjhana Aryal, and Mr. Biswochand Ghimire as the new board members of the company, as per the media statement.
