Srijana Finance calls up SGM on Jestha 12; 60% right shares to be issued soon

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) has announced Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Jestha 12, 2075. The meeting has been scheduled to be convened at 11:00 AM at Morang Byapar Sangh, Biratnagar.
The main agendas of the meeting are:
- Expansion of working areas of the finance company.
- Issuance of 60% right share to the shareholders.
- Amendment of MoA and AoA as per the requirements and providing authorities to the board of directors regarding the same.
For the purpose of the SGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Baisakh 26 till Jestha 12 i.e. only those shareholders holding the shares of the finance company till Baisakh 25 will be able to participate in the SGM.
