Sprite, the country's reputed brand in the segment of lemon-lime drink has released its TVC of Sprite’s Summer Campaign “Sprite Lagaaun, Pyaas Bujhaaun”. With the arrival of summer, Sprite has positioned as the ultimate refresher to keep consumers cool so that they can think clearly even in the heated moments.

The latest Sprite TVC features the Sprite Brand Ambassador, Anmol KC himself. The ad is built around an everyday situation where we encounter obnoxious people in public transportation, who are loud and show-offs which makes everyone’s ride unpleasant and unbearable.

The TVC opens with Anmol KC waiting for the bus at a bus-stop on a hot summer day dripping with sweat. He boards a bus and just when he is about to take the only seat available, an obnoxious man pushes him and takes the seat. The bus is already crowded and hot, but the man’s rude behavior makes it even more unbearable. He keeps demanding for AC and complains about the weather, irritating everyone including the bus conductor. When his behavior gets on everyone’s last nerve, Anmol cools himself down with an ice-cold bottle of Sprite. Anmol then looks at the rude man and wittily shows him the bottle of Sprite which he refers to as “Hamro AC”. The rude man is dumfounded and sinks back into his seat with embarrassment on his face.

Commenting on the TVC, Ambuj Singh, Country Director of Coca-Cola in Nepal, said, “We all come across challenging people sometimes which can really test our patience. Sprite has always been known as a refreshing drink that helps one to cool off. Hence when the situation is tensed and your patience being is tested, drink an ice-cold Sprite and keep your cool.”
