Sparsha Microfinance conducts 2 day training program; 31 field workers receive direct benefit
Sparsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has successfully conducted 2 day basic microfinance training program for its field-based employees. The training program was inaugurated by the CEO of the microfinance, Mr. Sajal Khadka, on Poush 11, 2074.
In the press release, Mr. Khadka informed that the training program was conducted to help the field-based employees to overcome the challenges while working in the field, to provide the basic concept of microfinance and help them build customer base and expand credit facilities.
The first day of the program saw the presentations and training workshops from different department heads of the microfinance while Mr. Ritendra Karki from Met Life Insurance Company highlighted about the life insurance products for the customers of microfinance companies on the second day.
Around 31 field workers of the microfinance have been directly benefitted from the training program as informed further in the press statement.
