Sindhu Bikas Bank convenes its 12th AGM; endorses election of its directors from promoter group
Sindhu Bikas Bank has convened its 12th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Shrawan 6, 2079.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to find a suitable partner for merger and acquisition. The AGM also elected 3 directors from its promoter shareholder group including Mr. Sanjiv Pradhan, Mr. Samir Kaxyapati and Mr. Basanta Kumar Katuwal, as per the media statement.
The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 25 branches, and 1 limited banking service spread in different districts of Bagmati province.
