Siddhartha Insurance urges shareholders to pay taxes to claim 15.48% bonus shares; Account information inside

Sidhartha Insurance Company (SIL) has published a notice today urging its shareholders to pay tax amount for 15.48433% bonus share.

The company had approved 1548433% bonus for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75 in its AGM held on Ashad 13, 2076. Since, the company hadn't proposed any cash dividend, the shareholders need to pay the taxes themselves.

The tax can be paid through:

Prabhu Bank, Kamaldi Branch, Kathmandu
Account number: 13500100028429000054

While depositing the tax amount, the shareholders are requested to state the BOID and contact number in the details section.
