Siddhartha Insurance convenes its 20th AGM; endorses 15.78% dividend to its shareholders

Siddhartha Insurance has convened its 20^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Ratan Lal Kedia on Chaitra 30, 2078.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 0.7895 % cash dividend for taxation purpose, as per the media statement.

The company had raised insurance premium of Rs 1.35 arba during previous year while the AGM also endorsed the proposal of company’s merger with other institutions as a special proposal, as per the media statement.
