Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme liquidating remaining shares and debentures via auction; bids accepted till banking hour today

Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS), a closed end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, will be closing the auction of shares and debentures from today i.e. Bhadra 22, 2076. Interested investors can place their bids till banking hours today.

The scheme had matured on Shrawan 6, 2076 due to which the scheme is liquidating remaining shares and debentures via auction after receiving approval from SEBON. The bid opening of the same will take place on Bhadra 23, 2076 from 10 AM onwards. The application forms can be obtained from Siddhartha Capital Limited.
